What Is a CDL License?

A CDL is a Commercial Driver's License. It allows you to drive large or special vehicles for work. You need a CDL to become a truck driver, driver, or
tow truck driver. TO get a CDL, you must pass some tests. You also need to follow state rules. states ask you to at least 21 Old. You Should
also have a driving record.
 

There are three Of CDL:

  • CDL Class A lets you drive big vehicles that are joined together. The total weight must be over 26,000 and the pull must over 10,000 pounds. These are usually trucks with trailers or semi-trailers that have two or more axles.

  • CDL Class B lets you drive one big vehicle over 26,000 pounds. But the part you pull must under 10,000 pounds.

  •  CDL Class C lets drive a vehicle that carries more than 16 people or carries dangerous items.

  • Yes. Starline provides housing for students coming across the state for training. The cost for housing is separate.
